95 Years Old World War Veteran John Banvard Marries His 67 Years Old Partner
An elderly military couple married at their veterans’ home yesterday in the center’s first gay ceremony.
95-year-old World War II veteran John Banvard married his partner, 67-year-old Gerard Nadeau, who served in Vietnam.
The two have been together for 20 years, but had to wait until the recent Supreme Court decision to legally tie the knot.
They moved to the veteran’s home in Chula Vista, California three years ago and decided to hold the ceremony there, among their friends.

More facts have emerged on the meeting between President Goodluck Jonathan and aggrieved governors in the New Peoples Democratic Party.
Presidency sources made this known just as Jonathan met behind closed doors with some pdp governors loyal to the Bamanga Tukur-led National Working Committee of the party.
One of the sources at the Sunday meeting, said that the President and the other attendees discussed and agreed on five contentious issues: Amaechi’s suspension by the Tukur-led NWC; control of the pdp structure at the state level; Jonathan’s alleged 2015 ambition; Tukur’s fate and court cases.
On Amaechi, the parties agreed that he should be recalled and that a committee be constituted to visit Port Harcourt and reconcile all aggrieved members of the PDP in the state.

Man Who Films Himself Having Sex With A Horse And Two Dogs
A man was picked up by police in April on suspicion on burglary but after police searched his house, they videotapes of him involved in an even more shocking crime.
41-year-old Graham Redfearn was arrested when police searched his home and found pornographic videos of the 41-year-old having sex with a mare, and other footage of him having sex with two dogs.
Redfearn told the British officers that he was “experimenting” and that he’d “just lay on the bed [and] the dog did the rest,” according to the Metro.
Police believe that Redfearn intended to share his videos with others. He admitted to two charges of sexual activity with a horse and dogs and two charges of possessing extreme pornographic images.
Redfearn had also posted Facebook statuses that said he was looking to work with horses and had experience with “stud work.”

Kenye West Charge With Battery for Paparazzo Smack down At Airport
The rapper was charged today with misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft over his run-in with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport on July 19.
West is accused of knocking photographer Daniel Ramos to the ground and trying to wrestle his camera away from him after the shutterbug attempted to snap his picture on his way out of the airport.
Arraignment has been set for Oct. 10 at the Airport Branch Courthouse.
The L.A. Count District Attorney's Office opted not to press charges against West, citing a lack of "significant injury," but the case was passed to the L.A. City Attorney's Office.
Ramos has also filed a lawsuit again West, alleging assault, battery and negligence. He claims that, while hanging onto his camera, he fell to his knees "with enough force that he sustained injuries to his right hip, as well as accompanying pain and emotional distress.
4 Men Sentence To Death For Gang Rape And Murder
The four Indian men who attacked and raped a 23 year old student on a Delhi bus on December 16th 2012, have been sentenced to death by hanging. An Indian court ruled yesterday Friday September 13th that the men deserved to die for the vicious attack which left the victim with such severe internal injuries she died two weeks later.
The victim and her boyfriend had been returning from a movie date when they encountered the rapists inside one of India’s many private buses. The driver of the bus and four friends had taken the bus out into the night, looking for sex. Unfortunately the victim and her boyfriend got into the bus not knowing what would happen next.
According to court documents, the men attacked the couple, beating them before taking the woman to the back of the bus and raping her one by one, then penetrating her body with iron rods. She died at a hospital in Singapore several days later. The bus driver, Ram Singh, committed suicide in his jail cell in March. The judge said in court today that they are hoping the sentence will serve as a ‘strong deterrent’ to others in a country where crimes against women, especially rape, is on the rise.

Female Armed Robbery Leader And Gang Arrested In Lagos
Chioma Ezekwesiri (pictured above alone and with members of her gang) is the leader of a robbery gang that was arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, in Lagos last week. Chioma and her gang were arrested while attempting to rob a man staying a Bolatito Hotel, Kola Bus Stop, Ijaiye, Lagos.
The robbers were caught after hotel staff called the police when the robbers stormed the hotel looking for their target. The police found two guns and 12 live ammunition in Chioma's car and promptly arrested her and her gang. She later told the police the guns were for an operation over a land matter.
