A prominent pastor in Nigeria was arrested by the Imo State Police Command for allegedly conniving with others to sell his girlfriend’s baby for N100,000 (Sh185000).
The Pastor told the mother of the baby that her baby died at Ajiwe Street, Aba in Abia State.
The Imo state commissioner of police, Mohammed Katsina told the Sunday Sun that the pastor, who hails from Imo State and who resided at Avutu Obowo, impregnated his church member who was also his girlfriend.
The lady was said to be in labour pains when the pastor called another lady friend who introduced them to a hospital called Angel of Mercy Hospital where the birth took place.
This came after another pastor, of Coza Ministries, was accused of having amorous relationship with two of his female church members. The allegations forced the pastor’s wife to seek prayers, due to the embarrassment.
